I’m actively testing a range of online giving tools and methods: text2give, Facebook Cause, giving buttons and badges, and more. So far, I’ve learned that the specific cause and ask are everything to the audience. Fortunately, this is the low-cost-probe to beat all lcp’s. It’s a good thing, too, because the landscape is evolving so fast that you need to get in and out as quickly as possible if something isn’t working and so you can try the next thing.
